Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Boop Shot. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Boop Shot

Boop Shot is a portrait mobile arcade game developed by Team PDCT.

2. License to Use the Game

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Boop Shot for personal entertainment.

You may not:

  • copy, sell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game without permission;
  • reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it;
  • use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, or unauthorized tools to interfere with gameplay;
  • attempt unauthorized access to game systems, files, or services;
  • use Boop Shot for unlawful purposes.

3. Gameplay and Progress

Boop Shot is built around one-tap timing gameplay. Scores, coins, cosmetic unlocks, settings, onboarding state, and local records may be stored on your device.

Because the initial release does not include cloud saves or accounts, progress may be lost if application data is cleared, the game is uninstalled, or the device is replaced.

4. Coins and Cosmetic Characters

Coins are virtual gameplay currency earned during play. They may be used to unlock cosmetic characters and other cosmetic content made available in the game.

Coins and cosmetic items have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable between users.

5. No Real-Money Purchases in the Initial Release

The initial release described by the current product specification does not include premium currency, paid consumables, paid stat upgrades, or other real-money in-app purchases.

If real-money purchases are introduced in a future release, the game and these Terms will be updated to describe the applicable purchase rules before or with that feature.

6. Advertising

The initial playable build has no monetization requirement and does not rely on forced advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements are only a possible future feature.

If ads are added later, availability may depend on internet connectivity, advertiser supply, geography, platform restrictions, and third-party services.

7. Offline Play

Core gameplay is intended to be playable offline. App installation, updates, store services, or future online features may require internet access.

8. Scores and Records

Boop Shot may maintain local best scores and local records. The initial release does not include online rankings or multiplayer leaderboards. Local records are for personal progress and may be reset if local save data is removed.

9. Updates and Game Changes

Boop Shot may be updated to improve gameplay, balance, performance, compatibility, accessibility, visual presentation, security, or stability. Features, cosmetic prices, game balance, or local content may change over time.

10. Intellectual Property

Boop Shot, including its name, software, gameplay implementation, artwork, characters, user interface, graphics, sounds, effects, logos, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Team PDCT and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Boop Shot may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and it is built using third-party technology such as Unity. Your use of those platforms or services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Boop Shot or specific features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the game on every device or operating-system version.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boop Shot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that locally stored progress can always be recovered or that every device will remain supported.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team PDCT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of Boop Shot. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Termination

You may stop using Boop Shot at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be restricted if the game is materially misused, tampered with, or used unlawfully.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Boop Shot changes. If a material feature such as monetization, advertising, accounts, or online services is introduced, these Terms should be reviewed and updated accordingly.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Philippines, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
